It appears to many of us that there is a serious lack of passion and first hand knowledge within the NHS and Mental Health Trust - from GPs to Psychiatrists.

Some of us have also noticed the same lack within various big charities (seeing the rapid turn around of staff - meaning they do not get to know their local communities, their needs or even what is going on in the local area) not to mention the extensive pay roles (you may be shocked to see the amount some of the directors earn!) and insignificant costs and expenditures they seem to have.

SUP MOB connects with local individuals and initiatives that have set up their own passion projects that promote positive physical and mental health and wellbeing to offer groups and classes to our local communities.

This way our sessions are always run by knowledgable, experienced and passionate people at all times.

We hold awareness events that are open to all, because we all have mental health and some of us want to support friends or family going through tough times.

We want to connect with everyone to share supportive and life saving information with our wider communities.

SUP MOB focusses on the prevention of deteriorating mental health, isolation and suicide - not cures or quick-fixes like the NHS and some charities.

We do not try to 'fix' you - you are perfectly good as you are, whatever your background or situation - We just want to offer you support, to become a better you.

We all have dips and lows, some worse than others.

We all have thoughts and feelings that are effected by our own unique experiences.

We are allowed to be confused, upset, angry, frustrated, overwhelmed, wrong or feel alone. These are all natural human emotions, don't fight them - acknowledge and accept them.

Remember,

YOU ARE NOT ALONE
